Prima Jaya was Primaland’s maiden project in Kota Kinabalu. It consists of three phases of semi-detached and detached houses in the Lintas area. Construction of Phase 1 began in 2005. All units in Prima Jaya have been completed with Phase 3 obtaining OC in 2016.
